I treated my sister's entire bridal party to hair and make-up on the big day. Big mistake! Not only were the stylists late, but they did a terrible job with scheduling, and couldn't even handle the reservation I made months in advance. And the make-up was HORRIBLE! She made us look like prostitutes, and we had to each wash our faces after leaving because we were so embarressed by how we looked we couldn't face our family. My sister and I got a mani/pedi the day before, and not only were the conditions DISGUSTING (seriously, we almost left), but the stylists gossiped the whole time while paying almost zero attention to us. I complained to the receptionist both times and thought I might receive a response because of the amount of money I had spent, but never heard a thing. Save yourself some hassle, and go someplace where customer service means something!!! Pros: Location, Price Cons: You get what you pay for, or less!
