Review content:
Went to Olive Garden days after Christmas. The restaurant on the Friday was extremely crowded at about 7 p.m. with people standing in the lobby to excess probably with their gift cards from Christmas, a fire hazard definitely. I ordered Seafood Alfredo which I honestly don't usually order since I'm always dieting. Due to the chef's inability to keep up with the crowds it tasted like pasta, seafood, and cream. Where was the garlic, parmesan cheese, etc.? I'm a gourmet cook so I had to doctor up my take out meal the next day since it was horrible. I haven't gone back since. I also didn't call the restaurant since they were too busy for my complaint. If they plan to compete with TGI Fridays coming soon they better get their act together. I've been eating at the competition Bertucci's restaurant which is more expensive but better. I'm waiting for a Not Your Average Joe's, my favorite, in Taunton. Pros: Good customer service at take out and to seating area Cons: Too crowded Friday nights and after holidays which affects food quality
