Review content:
One of the reasons that I chose this company was that they told me that they could have the work done in 10 days. Well I didn't even hear from them again for 20 days and that was only because I called them! They then told me that they would call me within the next two days to set up a time to do the work. One week later I had to call them again. They then said that they would have someone to do the work on Thursday (4 days later). No show. Friday - you guessed it, no show. Granted it was a bit rainy on these days - and I don't expect anyone to work in the rain, but I do expect the courtesy of a phone call. I made my final call to them on Monday and the finally showed up that afternoon to do the work. If I hadn't signed a contract with this company there is no doubt that I would have pulled the plug - but I am a person of my word. Too bad Kansas Guttering obviously aren't people of theirs...
Pros: very nice people
Cons: it was like pulling teeth to get the work done
