Review content:
Selling my mothers house after putting her in a home. Called and emailed our agent, and never got a response. Never any communication letting us know what was going on. We have no idea weather the house has been shown or what is going on with it. I had a friend call about the house and she was told that she didn't want to move to Cahokia. It was not a good town and they really discouraged her about the house and the town. I always thought a real estate agent was suppose to try to sell your house not chase people away. I have talked to several people and they also have had the same kind of things happen with Chuck Baer. I would not recommed them to anyone. I wish someone had told me about them before we listed with them. Now we are stuck in a 6 month contract. Just thought people should know about their business ways.
