OMG, this business is just horrible. First of all when I set up an appointment to meet with them to take a look at the limos, my 1st impression was what the hell!!The chic came to meet me in pajamas, that is so unprofessional. On top of that she had me sitting waiting for her for damn near 30 minutes. Then when I went to their place of business to sign the paperwork, it was inside of their house, which is not a problem because many businesses are ran out of homes. But when you have a big a** cat laying across the desk, that is a major problem. We were in the middle of doing paperwork & this cat just lays right in front of me on the desk. I was like "Oh no". Ok so I didn't think nothing of it, I just went on to do the paperwork. Well, about a month & a half before my wedding I called to let them know that its been postponed. The chic immediately got an attitude & said "Well you have to put down the whole amount in order to postpone or cancel". I'm like well you know what just cancel the date because i'm not putting down the rest of the money. Well a month later I gets a phone call from the owner & he immediately got an attitude & said they didnt get a call from me saying i postponed. I argued with him & said yes I did, i spoke with a female. He said well she said she didnt speak to you. I told him well just cancel it. He got even more mad & said oh well you just lose your deposit. I said, Ok that's fine, no problem. Then he slammed the phone down. So with that being said, i'm not a bit upset that I lost out on the deposit. I feel great knowing I don't have to deal with them & their nasty attitudes & poor service. I can't believe a business is being ran like this.
