I think their main business is giving people rides...? Booked 2 DAYS in advance on line for ride to airport (about a 10-15 minute ride). Called 15 minutes before they were to arrive for my ride and they did have the confirmation of booking but claimed they did not have a car to send and could not provide a ride. Pretty shocking-they never made any attempt to call and say they could not follow through-just leave you hanging when they need to catch a flight?? Wow!!!! Good thing I called them 15 minutes in advance to check on it. Have a backup plan if you book with them....
