Review content:
The owner to this business is very arrogant, rude and not interested in customer service. He has one way to do things and that's his way. He does not have prices on frames so there's no way to tell if you're getting a coupon discount or not. His prices are high and you're led to believe that you get better, personal service. Not quite true. Cannot recommend. I paid $495 in 7-08 for glasses, 4-09 something broke and when I took them back, his repair person was not available at 2:10 pm. Out to lunch. No one else could repair. Oh really?? He obviously did not want a happy customer, especially AFTER he had my money.
