Called Bertke (actually contacted them via their website) to investigate some strange behavior with certain outlets in my 40 year old home, where lights would dim and electronics would sometimes not work. After a thorough diagnostic, the Bertke electrician was able to locate the problem behind a different outlet that was affecting the others. He had to get up in the attic and fish a new wire down to a switch that was missing a neutral (due to some work a previous owner of the home had done incorrectly). He did a great job of explaining everything to me. While he was here I also had him wire in a new attic fan that I had installed. I thought the price was fair, and after dealing with some less-than professional contractors in other areas recently, I have come to appreciate that Bertke was good to work with.
