Review content:
We recently had a large, 3-section window in our house tinted. The team was great, they gave us plenty of options and samples to take home and "hold up" so we could compare and decide on what we wanted. They did a fast installation on 2 of the 3 sections, and noticed last section of glass had a small crack due to an overtightened screw on installation. We found a glass shop to do the repair, and Rose even called them on our behalf to get them to "hurry up" and see if that replacement would be under warranty, even though we weren't the original owners of the house when that window was installed. Once the glass was replaced, SoT came back out promptly and installed the last section of tint. Rose called several times to follow up with us following the install to make sure we were satisfied.
