i have been working and compleately redone my wife and mine condo for 3 months now and we dicided to use lowes on the project. i had to have a special ordered shower and it was marble and very nice i gave the plumbing dept. the 1st drawing of the shower and how it had to be cause it is a odd shower so right off the bat they were givin the right info to order my shower next thing i know their is 3 other employees working on this and they messed it up 3 times and i paid 1800 for the shower so they had to keep on sending the wrong one back and i had to wait for 2.5 months on a simple 3 piece walls and a base come on and they have not givin me no credit's or sorry i had alot of people down for christmas and the shower was suppose to be here back on nov. 25 but it was wrong also. saturday i had to go and pick it up at 8 am and they knew that and the manger was to be their and take half off but he was not their i spent alot for the shower and my father and i installed it and still had to cut 5/8 off all 3 pannels cause the people didn't allow for the thickness of their on material so i had to spend 2 hours extra on cutting them. my wife and i have spent 20,000 so far and have more to go i have orders in on carpet and countertops but I WILL NEVER USE LOWES HARDWARE AGAIN ON A PROJECT i dont know if it is that store or wht but for the amount of money i am spending they should treat me like a king
