We could not be happier with the flowers, site decorations, bouquets and table pieces that Trish at Phillips Flowers in Wheaton did for us. The entire process was easy and stress free. Trish and my daughter (the bride) communicated well and all the floral arrangements exceeded our expectations. Customer service is clearly a high priority at this shop. All our questions were answered, and everything delivered as expected. Trish and everyone at the shop were so friendly and interested in our event. It felt very personal. As if we were the most important customers they had. (of course we know that we aren't that important, but it felt good to us!) I highly recommend this business to anyone who is planning an event and wants custom floral arrangements.
