I bought an over-the-range microwave in stainless steel. Price was decent. When it arrived, the box was beat up and there was a dent in the stainless steel door. I arranged to have another one shipped for replacement. The second one arrived with the box all taped up. I open it and it was full of packing peanuts. General Electric does not ship their merchandise with packing peanuts!!! This too was damaged with a huge dent in the side. I called and they offered a 3rd. When the 3rd came, it too was damaged. IT had been dropped on the corner and unit was caved in. I told them I wanted this one returned also and wanted a refund. They apparently have been charging me shipping charges on all shipments, even though this was never disclosed! I am stuck paying returned shipping.
