So, what keeps the discerning consumers of this area coming back to Doug's 2,500-square-foot strip-mall location? "We go the extra mile," Doug explains, "If we don't have it, we'll get it. If we don't know the answer to something, we'll find out. Beyond that, we are on a first-name basis with the bulk of our customers. "Clearly a state-of-the-art mom-and pop shop, Doug's hands-on approach to business management is in his words--"product knowledge, quality, service, and more service!"--as quoted in Paint and Decorating Association magazine 2007. That really describes this store. Come in and get quality products, knowledgeable answers in a friendly store in an easy to find location with convenient parking at Clayton/Clarkson, instead of wandering around in a big hardware store trying to find someone who can really answer your questions!
Pros: parking, service, knowledgeable staff
Cons: small store, won't find everything here just good brands Benjamin Moore, Porter main paints!
