Here's the thing: the doctor is unreliable. She doesn't make herself available for emergencies, she avoids her clients, doesn't have any experience with complicated surgeries, and basically uses guesswork and Google when she can't figure out what's wrong with a pet. Very nice to your face, but comes off like a prom queen, cheerleader, or Miss America candidate more than a doctor. She can't seem to keep her staff steady, which makes me wonder what goes on behind the scenes. And to top it all off, she takes FOREVER because she doesn't have adequate help. She doesn't board, and she really isn't very good with animals for a vet.
