In respond to review from Diesti- We gave customer estimate on repair of camera Sony Dcr-trv900. Customer on approved estimate. Customer was called when job was completed 2 weeks later. Customer never responded. Called several times. Finally spoke with customer. He said he would come to pickup camera. 6 months later, never picked up camera. After 6 months, camera was sold for repair cost. Customer came in 3 months later and informed him camera was sold . Policy on receipt is after repairs are complete, not responsible for articles left more than 90 days.
