I had my GPS stolen from my car when it was in their shop. Manager said he would replace it but it has been a month. Manager did not return 4 phone calls. I had to call again to get the manager on the phone. Every time he says he will have an answer in a few hours. It has been a month now and I have not received anything except empty promises.
