My '97 Ford Explorer was having brake problems. I told the service man that the brake pads were still under warranty but I needed the rotors replaced. He did a check of the vehicle and discovered $2700 worth of repairs! I told him to do only the brakes. He said that the pads and rotors needed to be replaced. I said okay. I receive the bill ... $639. Wow! He charged $115 labor per axle. He charged about $90 each for the front rotors and about $40 each for the rear rotors. He did not replace the brake pads because they were under a lifetime warranty! Pros: Smiling and generally personable employees. Cons: They were slow to call about repairs. They asked for unnecessary repairs. Their parts prices are inflated.
