My daughter was hurrying to depart to Longview, after a several day visit with us in Northwest Austin -she found a dangerous situation in her trailer hitch requiring professional attention. We drove to the store-shop at Research, and one of the men repaired the hitch using vice, etc. He did not charge her, it was a most kind and appreciated help even to send her on a safe trip home. Thank you-this is not the time I have experienced help from this company, and I am a repeat customer.
