Brought in my X5 recently to have some accessories installed. The accessories were installed correctly without any problems but my issue is that I was initially quoted a much higher price than what was listed on their website. Also, had wanted to use a discount coupon emailed to me for 10% off accessories AND labor. Long story short, they did honor the online prices but NOT the discount coupon. Shady business practice if you ask me. Will have to see how future service visits work out before I make a final opinion.
