If your looking for professional service forget it. This is not the place! I have a 2006 1 Ton Dodge Truck. I called all over town looking for the best price, to my surprise I Janet at Harris Tire gave me a price that was about $60 cheaper then my normal place in Cleveland. (AAA Auto Service is great by the way) So I show up on Saturday (they are NOT open on Saturday anymore) I tell the guy don't damage my wheels the I just got the truck and I had gone over it with a fine tooth comb before buying it. So he takes my truck in the back, in about 30mins they call me up ask me to pay because me truck is almost ready, and if you have a 1 ton diesel you know that Michelins tires cost an arm & legs. I tell the guy I was given this price and Janet told me this includes Life time rotate and balance. He says oh no she made a mistake and it will be another $200 for that! Now I am pissed. Ok fine! People make mistakes, maybe I did not her correctly on the phone, a mistake I will not make again. I get the truck home and every wheel is shredded, and by this I mean there is a long piece of metal sticking out from the lip near the bead. What a bunch of losers. There is doubt that they did care about me or my business. I will never use them again and for sure I will tell everyone I know they are the worst! Use AAA Auto Service for people that care about your car.
