This place is THE WORST!! I was assigned to them by my insurance. It had been 6mos since my last regular cleaning appt with my old dentist (had to change due to insurance change...). 6mos before I went to this place my teeth were in great shape, no issues. After my inital exam and xrays the dentist told me I needed $5K worth of work ($12K w/o insurance). When I told them no way, if I had that kind of money I would be on vacation not getting dental work and that I was going to get a second opinion, they volunteered to get it cleared with insurance. Never heard back from insurance and the dental office called me repeatedly to request that I schedule my work. I had finally get very rude with the poor girl that called and told them I WAS NEVER GOING BACK TO THEM. I have filed a grievance with my insurance company and have also filed a complaint with the BBB.
