Last year I contacted them to clean a furnace for a commercial building and the serviceman actually got the blower stuck in the access panel and asked me how to fix it. This year they replaced the blower motor and wired it wrong so it would not shut off. When the service man finally got back it was after closing time. Then after looking at the motor told me that it was wired wrong before he fixed it. I told him it was working fine and that the last company to work on it was his company. He fixed it and I did not get home til several hours after closing. Still not having learned my lesson I had them replace the furnace and they raised the price twice after the initial quote - with no changes from me. I will never call this company again.
