I just had the worst experience. Around Fifty people were waiting for cabs at the airport and the airport taxi conductor instructed me to share a cab with another person headed to Boston. I had asked where the other person was going, and he told me it did not matter because of the few number of cabs.
Cons: did not feel safe with the driver acting hostile
