We chose this place so we could watch the Dodgers game while dining. No problem with that, but the rest of the experience was a bummer. First: Bad karaoke being ?sung? in the downstairs bar area was completely audible to those of us dining upstairs. Next: Our server was in training, but even taking that into account, he and his trainer couldn't get it together to bring us just a couple of sides in under fifteen minutes (!). I eventually had to get up from our table and hunt them down. Then: Even after having had to wait for them for so long, we were charged extra for these sides -- fifty cents for a little mayo to go with my wife's sandwich and fries, and a dollar for some jalapenos to go with my nachos. Seems to me that these kinds of sides kind of go with these kinds of items in the first place. Do they really rate an additional charge? In fact, aren?t they really more condiments than sides? (BTW: We weren't told about these charges when we ordered the items. I deducted these charges from the gratuity.) Finally: The men's room was a little nasty. Add it all up and you have a pretty lousy experience. There are far worse things to worry about in this world, of course, but I thought it only fair to warn our fellow Angelinos about this place. (BTW: I wasn't particularly impressed with my nachos, but my wife thought her sandwich and fries were pretty good, so I feel okay giving this place one star for that.)
