Review content:
I used the convenient service on their website to set up and reserve a storage unit at this location. What the website never tells you about is the mandatory insurance requirement. The girls working at the desk failed to disclose this too, until I had filled out all the paperwork and was ready to sign the contract. Only then did they quote me a price that was much higher than the web quote I received. I suspect that a lot of people overlook this and just sign the contract, but when I asked about it, only then did they tell me that insurance was required with the rental and they were adding it into my rental cost for my "convenience." It seems criminal to me that their web service would quote a price that is obviously less than what you will be paying. To make matters worse, the girls working at the desk the day I went there were not apologetic at all about the misunderstanding. They claimed that the insurance requirement was an industry standard cost and I should have expected to pay more. To say the least, they were visibly disturbed that I called them on their scam, and treated me as if I were being ridiculous. Use this storage facility only if you are expecting to pay a cost higher than what they quote you and don't mind rude customer service.
Pros: Big facility with lots of availability
Cons: Overpriced. They lure you in and then add insurance costs to your actual price.
