Review content:
Our central air unit was not consistently keeping our home cool. The serviceman was very nice. However, the unit only worked for a matter of hours before it started acting up again. So for $150.00 the unit cooled for a few hours. Being that we are currently under a heat advisory to continue without the unit working was not option. So we then purchased and installed window units. I called to request a refund being that they did not fix the problem and they told me the unit was working when the serviceman left so there was nothing they could or would do. I am very disappointed with their services and advise anyone considering their services to save yourself the time and money and purchase window units instead.
