Review content:
One of my best friends took her saturn to get a full service oil change and broke down 2 weeks later . She called them because a good sameritan who pulled over to help said a hose had not been properly secured and that they may have caused the problem. They offered to tow the car to their shop and if it was a problem they caused they would take care of it at no charge if it was not she would need to pay for the towing and repairs. They called her late that day and said that they could find nothing wrong and that she would have to pay for an indepth inspection becasue the visual showed nothing wrong. After and indepth inspection they decided her warnign light and gas gage was faulty put some gas into it and $200 later sent her on her way. the next day the car broke down again. Another machanic determined the motor mounts were broken (visibly so) and fixed them and car run fine now. Ricks was then contacted by her and she was told
