I actually work along side of Banfield in PetSmart for a little while now. But I will NEVER take my animals there! They try to up sell you on every little thing. They do NOT see the animals or the owners best interest. The vet ONLY sees $$$! I see how they treat the animals the store takes over if they are ill and he is more likely to put the animal to sleep rather than treat it.....then charge you an arm and a leg! I would never trust these vets! They are unethical, rude, and ignorant! Just stay away, Far Far Away!!!
