Review content:
Last week out much loved puppy injured himself while playing in his yard. We immediately called our usual Dr.'s office and were told that since we did not have an appointment for our emergency we could bring him in and perhaps they could work him in at som point during the day!! This was not acceptable. We then called PACIFIC PET HOSPITAL. They were able to see him immediately. What a different sort of experience, the entire staff from the front dest to Dr. Schexneider were super professional in their care of our pup. It turned out that he had a broken hip and needed immediate surgery to repair the injury. The surgery was done, we received a complete explination of the procedure along with copies of his x-rays. His Dr. called the next day to check up on him and see if there were further questions. We could not be more pleased with the care and caring we get at Pacific Pet Hospital and the entire staff. Thanks for all you do.
