No stars for this business! It would not let me post without one. Do not go to Crossing Dental Group and Orthodontics! Ningun estrella para este grupo! No vayas a Crossing Dental! I was warned to not come here by a co-worker who had a bad experience so I went in and asked questions and they made me feel comfortable stating "her bad experience might be your good experience". The employee could not be more incorrect. My experience was horrible! 1. When I visited the clinic prior to my appointment to ask about their prices and how my dental insurance would affect them I was told that no matter what dentist I go to my prices will be the same because of my insurance. Which was not the case. I found out later that a coworker of mine who has the same insurance as me received a deep cleaning for only a hundred dollars. 2.When I went in for my appointment I was told that I was paying a certain price and was not informed that this price would quadrouple for four different quadrants of my teeth when I thought I was paying for the one set price shown to me.3.I was not told that I was paying for the laser and irrigation seperate and was informed that it was part of the deep cleaning process. Hence, I paid for deep cleaning, irrigation and laser multiplied by four when I thought I was only paying for one deep cleaning price.4.I would not have even gone through with the services had I known that I did not qualify for the store financing because I am not yet 21. They did not inform me of this until after. 5.I was wrongly charged for a retainer that I did not recieve. This was fixed when I went back into the store to request an itemized receipt since they only gave me a reciept that had the total on it with no breakdown of the costs. That just goes to show though how low quality their services are. I was told things that were different than what I had to pay for & the way I paid. I was automatically given a higher cost & was not given the option when it came to getting the silver or white fillings. The silver are cheaper and last a lifetime and the white cost more and are not completey covered by the insurance and may have to be replaced several times. They did not inform me of any of this. I contacted the Better Business Bureau and they tried to contact Crossing Dental to try top resolve these issues on my behalf but Crossing Dental did not respond to two emails they received. The first email was confirmed to be received by the manager when I talked to her so they did in fact receive them they just chose not to reply. When I went into the business to speak with the manager whom the BBB contacted she acknowledged herself that all of the errors I had claimed and briefed her about were unproffessional and needed to be addressed, but even though i was misinformed of pricing and how I could pay she told me "you still recieved the services" meaning I still had to pay for them. I called back to let Kimberly know that I was waiting to hear from the BBB, but would not until she responded to the email which she had , again, confirmed over the phone that she received and would look over. She never did. Please do not go into this deceiving and crooked business for your sake so that you do not have the same bad experience as I had. If you have any further questions you can contact me at cindyagainstcrossingdental@yahoo. Pros: null Cons: null
