Review content:
Within the past six months, I've had two experiences in which I needed to get my tire repaired (just a patch). Both times, I contacted Mr. Tire first because it's close to my house (and you don't want to drive far when a tire's the problem). Both times, I was treated as though me wanting to give them business was a terrible inconvenience for them. Not only did I get gruff customer service, I was told they couldn't fit me in that day and that maybe they could get around to it later, but probably not. I understand being busy, but I don't understand the unwillingess to treat me as a customer they'd like to have. They didn't even offer to recommend another Mr. Tire or schedule something for another day - they simply said they couldn't do it and didn't care when I said I would take my business elsewhere. I was very put-off by the rude treatment the first time; when it happened again, I swore off Mr. Tire on Howard Street for life.
