Coming in to this experience I was a little weary of ?property companies?. I hadn?t heard many good things about them locally in the past. Although when scanning the internet I found what seemed like the perfect home for my family and I through Ogburn Property company. When i came to get the key the office was clean and welcoming by staff. Sam Ogburn helped me, He answered all my questions professionally and unbiased. The home was even more perfect than the pictures could have shown. It was clean, fresh paint and very well priced for the location and size compared to others we viewed. Our application process was speedy and the lease was explained with detail by the nice receptionist. My over all experience was very pleasant. We also enjoyed the ten free days rent!
