Ive had this company going on two years November 2011. I would've NEVER used them, but my home came hardwired with their system so it was cost effective (so i thought) to call them and set-up new service. They charge you 70.00 to come out even when THEIR sytems or equipment fails (what am i paying 25.00 a month for?) GOD forbid you need something replaced (window connect or system battery) thats an added cost on top of the 70.00 service fee smh! Never sign a contract with these people. I had a year contract, but the contract stimpulates you give them 60 day notice prior to the end of your contract to cancel in writing or your rolled into another contract under the same stipulations from the previous. Im ended my contract 4 months earlier, cancelled automatic drafts with my bank (all after they refused to end my serive lol) and yes i mailed them a certified letter cancelling. if you want a local GOOD company try GUARDIAN ALARM. I pay 29.00 vs 25.00 with controller and it doesnt cost for Guardian to maintain their systems or for service calls!
