Ive been with this company for 17 years.my system kept malfunctioning.Had them out 2 times to repair system and still had issues.I decided just to cancel monitoring after paying hundreds of dollars in repair and about 700.00 in police calls. I was in the second year of my 4th ,5 year renewable contract.Gave them 60 day written notice.Then weeks later I get served papers for court for remainder of my 5 year contract at 900.00.That is sad that after 17 years of service they sue me for 3 years of future monitoring when i canceled after 17 years. This company is very poor.Hope this helps you pick your monitoring company.dont use them
