Review content:
Customer Service was NOT good. I was a long standing customer and had to stop service due to the economy. When I tried to get service there was no set cost and I was told that I would be billed by the hour. I was also told by the owner I should be more respectful of her employee yet she had not heard one bit of the conversation. I had recommended them in the past to people in my neighborhood and friends but not after today. What happened to customer service and loyalty??
