Review content:
I called with a question on a older style toilet with separate water tank. The salesman I spoke with was the rudest clerk I have ever dealt with. Kept interrupting my attempt to discuss what the issue was and what was needed, kept correcting me rather than listening or helping me, and when I told him I was from Citrus Heights his response was "you are going to come all the way from Citrus Heights for a rubber washer?"
