I have been to Kelly?s four times and they have treated me with the utmost respect. The first time was about a year ago when my girlfriend had her Acura?s bumper replaced after a small fender bender. She didn?t want to report the accident to her insurance company, but she wanted her car fixed with a factory finish. Kelly?s fixed the car at a reasonable price and the results looks like a factory finish. In the past I have been to other discount body shops only to be disappointed with poor quality paint that peals and blisters later. We were glad to spend the money and get a great finished product.
Pros: They guaranteed a factory finish and followed through!
Cons: Not the cheapest in town, but well worth the price.
