I have bought thousands of dollars in music gear here but have decided to no longer shop here at all.Every time ive ever taken anything in for a loan i was belittled and left without taking a loan...originally i thought well maybe my stuff wasnt worth anything but recently i took a 900 cpu in still in box never been used..etreme gaming cpu top of the line and was...talked down to,belittled and told it wasnt worth anything and was going to be offered a riduculus sum...and i was only wanting a 200 dollar loan...this store will no longer recieve any of my bizz and will tell anyone mentioning it to not waste thier time and go to mr. pawn where they treat you like a valued customer....Rich's is watching way to much pawn stars..so say goodbye to my bizz...my bands bizz and all bands and people who ever ask my opinion...worse pawn shop in dayton by far
