Review content:
We took our Jeep here a year ago to fix a problem with a window. They said they fixed it then charged us for the repairs, which were way over priced for labor and parts. A year later the same problem occured with the window and we took it back to Lithia Jeep. Thinking that it had been just a year ago when they repaired the same window with the same problem, that this time it would be covered. Well, they informed us that the warrenty on the part expired two weeks prior to our visit and that we would have to pay for a new part (which had gone up in price) and labor. Wow thanks for helping out a loyal customer by ripping us off again. Maybe we're asking to much for a dealership to stand by their work. Don't worry in a year from now when the window parts are due to break we won't be coming back. Pros: Open on weekends Cons: Customer service, Car service/repairs, Cost
