I had a tiny hole in my windshield, but I wanted to fix it before it got worse, so I called my insurance and they set up an appointment with Safelite. I was told they'd come by between 12 and 5 the next day. I actually got a call at 11:30 and the technician, Julian, said he'd be by between 12 and 2. A few minutes later, he said he'd actually be by right at 12. I was pleased I didn't have to wait! When he came by, he was prompt and very nice. He offered to vacuum my car out and clean the windows! I really felt like he went above and beyond and was impressed! Having dealt with awful customer service, I had to write a positive review about someone doing a great job!
