The flavors in the dishes are amazing. It?s woody ( you have to taste to understand) and seasoned to perfection like the atmosphere. You walk in and it?s like being in another world right in the middle of Texas. Once you get into the Texan Gaylord you have many choices, so don?t stray? if southwestern is what you were looking for then B-line to Ama Lur.. Fantastic! They have an amazing Margarita bar and salsa bar accompanied by a mariachi band once you get there as well, so go now and sample some of the best southwestern food I have had the pleasure of finding in the Metroplex. Chef Steven Pyles has done it again!
Pros: Something for everybody, but I favor the Margarita bar! Arribia!
Cons: Misconcept. People think this is just hotel food, this is a destination and is amazing!
