From the start this company uses false, and misleading, advertising. I gave them one star just to get the "needle" out of the mud. When I first applied they boasted an On-Site Manger & Maintenance person. They don't have one. I've lived at Washington Square Apartments in Cudahy for 2+ years, one of their properties. The building is clean, I will give them that much. But that is solely due to the efforts of one man, Jim, their live-in cleanup guy. From that point on it goes rapidly downhill. When Federal & State inspections are on the agenda ..... they hustle to correct things that are obviously in violation and need repair. Otherwise? When we get the time, and oh yes, if it's in their "Mystery Budget"!
Pros: Good Location
Cons: Deceiving company, SLOW to correct conditions
