Women should avoid this tire store. I have been there twice, and had negative experiences both times. The first time my husband spoke to them the night before, and told them specifically NOT to do an Alignment when they put on my news tires. When I dropped it off after work the next day, they told me he said to do an alignment if it needed it. So they said it needed to be done, and I said okay. When I got home, my husband told me what had happened the day before. We thought they must have misunderstood, and I thought I should have double-checked. This time i took our truck to get two tires repaired that had very slow leaks. When I took them in we could not tell where the leaks were by looking or listening. As it turned out, they could not fix the tires because apparently the leaks were on the sidewalls. Well, okay. But, I couldn't buy the tires today, so I told them to put the tires back on and I would have to wait until next week. When I got home, which is less than a quarter of a mile away, I could here the leak from the front tire as soon as I stepped out of the truck. I had simply opened te door to get out. Putting my finger over the leak barealy made a difference. I was amazed at the the difference in the leak from dro poff time, to pick up time. The tire was completely flat when I walked back outside 2 hours later. I can't help but wonder if my husband had gone, if this would have happened. Now we have to buy at least one new tire immediately, and since we have another that also has a leak, we are going to replace all 4 so that the wear is even. I am saving $430 for 4 tires by going to another dealer. Granite, I am not buying the same tires, but they are the same size, and what my husband wanted in the first place.
