Terrible customer service and terrible products. DO NOT BUY THEIR PRODUCTS. My mom and I went in hopes of finding a good Droid. We had a lot of trouble with the phone. Then, we went back obviously for an exchange, and had so much trouble with the rude employee. After more than SEVEN times of back and forth trips, and begging for help, we got an exchange. However, we had to pay a FEE to replace the bad phone THEY sold us! So we got a replacement, and SAME THING! BAD PHONE! This time, they will not replace it at all. I spoke with the owner by the name of Rudy Herrera whom was also rude, and obviously does not care about his business going bankrupt soon. He refused to help me with the phone. I will never do business with this place. I will tell all of my family and friends. It is extremely frustrating when all I wanted was a good phone to keep paying for service. BY the way I'm still having trouble with the non-working phone.
