I recently bought a new house and wanted some rooms painted before moving in. Based on the reviews, I decided to give Doug a try. I am very happy that I did! He came out to give me an estimate, which I had in writing before the end of the day, and then worked with my tight time schedule to ensure completion of the job before my actual move-in date. He gave me good advice on what sheen to use (which I love!) and his attention to detail rivals mine (for which I drive others crazy because I notice things others don't). I am a perfectionist, so when Doug noticed a slight sheet rock imperfection in one accent wallI once it was painted red, and then came back the next day to fix the imperfection and repaint the area, without me having to request it AND at no additional charge to me I might add, I was very impressed! My questions were always answered promptly and courteously.
