Review content:
We were at least five years overdue for painting the exterior of our Westlake home. The house also needed considerable repair for woodrot and weather-related damage. A neighbor recommended Doug and after meeting him, we knew we could count him to deliver quality work. He carefully explained what had to be done to ensure a long-lasting result, and he also explained what a second-class job would entail. He was not interested in bidding on the job unless we accepted his advice on procedures and quality. He listened to what we had in mind and provided sound guidance as we made our selections. We were not disappointed. Our home looks better than when we bought it 23 years ago. Four months after the job was comlete, Doug dropped by the house with a 30 foot ladder to reattach a flood light that had recently come loose. That is really great customer service!
