If you don't want to have a bad experience, call Doug. Our house is a difficult house and I am a very detailed oriented homeowner. We initially paid another painting contractor 20% deposit for exterior paint. The work was never started. He was fired, refused to refund our deposit and now we are out that money. After viewing all the reviews, I decided to take the risk and call Doug on a Saturday; late in the afternoon. Doug came over the next day, Sunday and said we would have within 24hrs. a written bid. He also said should we accept the bid, that they typically start within 1-2 weeks and the crew stays until finished.
