Review content:
Even with the price of gas, I still drive from Hartford every month for one of Laurie's custom-designed facials. I know she's a Leo but she examines my skin with with the exquisite precision of a Virgo. She asks questions about my lifestyle, noting things that could affect my skin -- things like diet, sleep, and stress. She takes the time to explain what she's doing and why. You might not think that's a big deal, but just ask her a question. Her knowledge about skin--and HERBS--is amazing. Right now, I'm using a customized herbal potion for arthritis, evening primrose oil for hormonal changes in my skin, and a balm of St. John's Wort for aching muscles. "Holistic skincare" is the perfect description for what Laurie provides. The woman is magic!
Pros: Private and professional atmosphere, quality products, ample parking on the East Side
Cons: Not close enough to Hartford!
