I've been to a few higher end salons in Lake County and Octagon by far has it all... One of the first people I met is Janelle the owner. I have never felt so welcome in any business... it was almost like I was a guest in her home and she already knew me. I have seen Jancey for a few years and she listens to what I want and takes the time with me to do my hair correctly. I have never had a stylist care so much about me and my hair. I love that they have a level system so I can choose what price I want to pay then go to a stylist at that level. Although I will be staying with Jancey while she keeps moving her way up. I also love that the girls at Octagon are professional, but real. They aren't over done up, and they don't act better than you if you aren't dressed up or look a certain way. I have stopped into places in the past and without even exchanging words I got the coldest feeling since I was in my "day off" clothes and little makeup. It is so nice to have found a place to be that I feel so welcome. You have to visit Jancey and Octagon if you are looking for this kind of relationship from a stylist and salon!
Pros: Friendly atmosphere.
Cons: None I can think of!
