Brakes had been squeaking for a month since a repair. Since it was done in a different Big O store, over 25 miles away they told me they could not do it, as the back of the invoice states this. This was a LIE. They told me opposite of what it said. Once I pointed this out to them, they than just told me they wouldn't do it as it would cost them service and they were not going to use their guys to help me as they were not the ones that "screwed up." I called the warranty number and they noted that this business had treated a customer this way, as well as lied about their responsibility. Within the first minute of me being in the location they were disrespectful as well as unhelpful. I have been using Big O for years and never been treated this poorly. Happy to report that after talking to the warranty line they said I would not have to pay a dime, and that I could go to any store. They also apologized for the West Jordan Big O's service.
